Outgoing Communication

Bedwell Medical Centre primarily communicates with patients via text message and email, so please make sure your contact details are always up to date.

Incoming Communication

As we receive a high volume of letters, if you are sent correspondence directly from secondary care, we kindly ask that you take any required action outlined in the letter. A copy will also be shared with your GP. However, if you need any clarification or follow-up, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us by submitting an online request.
